What Pillar OS doesn’t solve yet

Owners ask for these. We don’t claim them.

  • Two-way sync with Google Calendar
  • QuickBooks or Xero sync, a profit-and-loss report, margin per student
  • Custom reports and a public API
  • Splitting one child’s fee between two separated parents
  • Automatic bank debit and Interac matching for families
  • Undo for a schedule change
  • Bringing past lessons and invoices over from another system

How we did it

  • Collected October 14, 2026: only complaints written by users or customers, each with its link. Vendor pages and best-of lists were set aside.
  • Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice share one pool of reviews: a review seen in two places counts once.
  • Many reviews are a few years old, and some problems may be fixed since. One more reason to talk about the pain, not the product.
  • All of these complaints are in English: we found no public post by a French-speaking owner. What we know about Québec centres comes from our own calls.
  • Writers are never named. The text shown is our own wording; every link goes to the source.
