Integrations

Connected where it counts, not connected for the sake of it.

Most tutoring software integrates by handing you a webhook and wishing you luck. Pillar OS covers scheduling, billing, the family portal and tutor management natively, so the only integrations left are the ones a tutoring business genuinely runs on.

Available now

GoHighLevel

CRM, marketing, messaging and payment workflows

A native two-way sync rather than a one-directional push. A lead captured in GoHighLevel arrives in Pillar OS ready to book, and operational events flow back so your pipelines reflect what actually happened. Contacts, leads and pipeline stages stay in step in both directions without a custom webhook layer to maintain.

What it removes: Re-typing a lead into a second system, and pipelines that quietly describe last month.

Zoom

Video conferencing for online sessions

Online sessions carry their meeting link, so tutors and families open the session from the same place they see the schedule. No separate calendar invite to chase, and no link pasted into a group chat that scrolls away an hour later.

What it removes: The 8pm message asking where the link is.

Microsoft Teams

Video conferencing for online sessions

Connect a tutor’s Microsoft account and every online session carries a Teams link automatically, created per host and re-pointed if the session moves. For centres and schools already standardised on Microsoft 365.

What it removes: Pasting a Teams link by hand, or families installing one more app.

In progress

Being built. Listed here so you can plan around it, not so it can pad the list.

Google Meet

In progress

Video conferencing

For centres running on Google Workspace, as an alternative to Zoom rather than a replacement for it.

Why the list is short

A long integrations page is usually a confession. It means the core product does one job and everything else is someone else’s software, stitched together by you, breaking on a Tuesday when a field name changes upstream.

Pillar OS is built the other way round. Scheduling, invoicing, session credits, the parent portal, tutor hours and progress reports are one system sharing one database, so there is no sync to configure and nothing to reconcile. Book a session and the invoice, the portal and the tutor’s hours already agree.

That leaves two categories worth connecting: the CRM where your leads live, and the video tools where online sessions happen. Those are genuinely outside the operational core, so those are what we integrate.
