How is my monthly fee decided?
Active student count, and nothing else. It starts at $35/mo for up to 50 students and rises smoothly along a line as you grow, to $599/mo at 1,000 students (CAD); drag the slider above to see the fee for your exact size. Past a thousand we quote against your setup. Tutors, sessions and revenue do not affect the fee.
Do smaller plans get less software?
No. Every size is the same product: scheduling, billing, the parent portal, tutor management, AI reports, community and GoHighLevel sync. We do not sell a version with the billing engine removed so that you have to upgrade to reconcile your own money.
Are there any usage fees?
The platform fee covers the software. SMS, storage and AI usage are billed separately on top, based on what you actually use, so a lighter month costs less. There is no per-tutor fee, no per-lesson fee and no cut of your revenue.
Why not charge per tutor like everyone else?
Because it taxes the thing you are trying to do. Per-tutor and per-lesson pricing means every hire and every extra session raises your software bill, and a percentage of payments means the better your month, the more you pay. Your student count is a fair proxy for the load you put on the system, so that is what we bill on.
Does my fee jump as I add students?
No. The fee follows a smooth line between the published points, so each additional student adds a fraction rather than triggering a sudden step. There is no cliff where one more student costs you a whole band. We still flag any change before it lands on an invoice.
Is there a contract?
No long lock-in. It is monthly and you can cancel anytime.
