Courses & library

Turn what you teach into courses students use between sessions.

Build lessons from simple blocks, add worksheets and video links, and give each course to every student, chosen students or a whole program.

Lessons built from blocks

Headings, paragraphs, lists, worked examples and tips, with a video or PDF link and the files that go with it.

Draft until you publish

Courses and lessons stay drafts until you publish them, and Preview shows exactly what a student will see.

The right students get it

Open a course to every student, assign it to chosen ones, or link it to a program so everyone enrolled gets it.

Sell a course or a worksheet

Sell a course or a single material once or by subscription, from the same catalog as your sessions.

The outcome: Your teaching keeps working between sessions.

A lesson a student can follow on their own

A lesson in Pillar OS is a short page a student can work through without you: a heading, a paragraph of explanation, a worked example, a tip, a list of steps. A YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link plays inside the lesson, and PDFs, slides and photos of worksheets, up to 25 MB each, sit beside it. Students mark each lesson complete and see how far through the course they are.

Draft a lesson with AI, then make it yours

Build with AI asks what the lesson should achieve, what the student already knows, and what shape it should take: a new concept, worked examples, practice or exam review. It drafts the blocks in your centre’s language, English or French, from the course, subject and grade you already entered, and saves nothing until a person has read it and pressed Save. The draft is a starting point. The explanation that works for your students is still yours to write.

Every tutor can build, and you decide what is shared

Tutors can build their own courses and materials. Those stay private to the tutor until an owner or admin shares them with the team, the centre’s own courses are read-only for tutors, and a tutor can only give a course to the students they teach. Students only ever see a course once it is published, and only its published lessons.

Selling a course without handing out the files

A course or a single worksheet can be sold like anything else in your catalog. Bought once, it is the family’s to keep and download. Sold by subscription, it is view-only while they pay: PDFs open in a reader that tiles the student’s name and your centre across every page, with no download and no printing. No viewer can stop someone photographing a screen, but the watermark makes a shared copy traceable to the account it came from. Subscriptions need a connected card processor.
