Support that sends you a help article instead of a person? 1 Help button straight to the people who build it.
The answer comes back by email and in the app, and what centres ask for gets built.
Some of our centres
You asked for that feature years ago. They sent you a help article.
You post the request on the suggestion board. It collects votes for years, still marked “under consideration”. Meanwhile you build a workaround in a spreadsheet and teach it to every new staff member.
13 / 172
13 of the 172 public complaints we read about tutoring software are about this.
Three of those complaints, in our words. Each link goes to the source.
No live onboarding, even when the centre offered to pay for it. Questions got links to long help pages.
A customer of seven years is frustrated by how slowly the product improves, and couldn’t buy extra support.
A couple of weeks waiting for an answer to a technical problem, while still rating the software great value.
Here’s how Pillar OS handles it
The Help button inside Pillar reaches the people who build it, and the answer comes back by email and in the app. Owners deal with Steven, the founder, and what centres ask for gets built: many of their requests have shipped within days.

What Pillar OS doesn’t do yet
No phone line and no promised response time: answers come by email and in the app.
Good to know
Who answers when I ask for help?
The people who build Pillar. Owners talk with Steven, the founder, directly.
How much does Pillar OS cost?
One fee set by your active students, in Canadian dollars: $35 a month for up to 50, then by band up to $599 at 1,000. No fee per tutor, per lesson or per family login, and no share of your revenue. Texting, AI use, extra storage, a website, extra locations and the GoHighLevel connection are billed separately, only if you use them.
We use other software or spreadsheets today. How do we move?
On a setup call, we bring your students, families and tutors over from your export or your spreadsheets and book your first sessions with you. Past lessons and invoices stay in your old system’s export, so keep it.
Does it work in French?
Yes. The whole product runs in French or English, for your team and for each family in its own language. GST and QST are calculated on the invoice.
Get your centre running with us, in one call.
About 45 minutes: we load your students and book your first sessions together, in English or French.
