Manage your Pillar OS subscription

Your plan

Pillar OS is priced by active students, in bands. An active student is one actually using the platform in the billing period: they have portal access, credits on account, or sessions scheduled. Someone who merely registered without booking does not count, and each active child in a family counts once.

See your status anytime under Settings, then Subscription: current period, trial end date and your locations.

Trials

A trial gives you the full product. If you entered a card at signup, your first charge happens automatically at the end of the trial, and you receive a warning email beforehand with the amount, the date and a cancel link. An invited trial without a card converts by paying its first invoice instead: nothing can charge you without your action.

Cancelling

Cancel from Settings, then Subscription. You keep access until the end of what you paid for, and a cancelled trial is never charged at all. Changed your mind before the end? Resume from the same page.
