What sends automatically

Open Settings, then Automations. Session reminders, booking confirmations, low-credit and out-of-credit notices, session summaries, payment receipts, failed payments and progress reports each have their own switch, and each can go out by text, email, or both. Turning an automation off silences every channel at once.

Three system messages are always on, because the product cannot work without them: the portal invitation, the registration confirmation code, and the invoice email.

Editing the words

Every message has an English and a French version, edited side by side, and each family automatically receives its own language. Insert variables like the student’s name or the session date with one click, and use Translate with AI to draft the other language, which you review before saving.

Emails are dressed automatically with your logo, your brand colour and your name in the footer. You only write the message itself.

Timing

Session reminders have a configurable lead time in days, set on the reminder itself.
