If you run a centre in Québec or elsewhere in Canada, work in French, and don’t want your software fee to grow with your billing, yes. If you run a large agency with many contractor tutors and need an API, TutorCruncher’s Enterprise plan is built for that.
Does Pillar OS take a percentage of my revenue?
No. One fee by active students, from $35 a month in CAD. Families pay into your own Stripe or Global Payments account, and Pillar OS adds no fee on top. Your payment company’s own fees still apply.
Can you move my data from TutorCruncher?
Yes. On a setup call, we bring your students, families and tutors over from your TutorCruncher export and book your first sessions with you. Past lessons, invoices and notes don’t move, so keep that export for your records.
What does TutorCruncher do that Pillar OS doesn’t?
An API on Enterprise, a custom domain for the whole app, payouts to tutors through Wise, and a separate AI lesson product. Pillar OS has none of those today.
